By accessing and using Lingolense ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Lingolense is a translation service that provides real-time text translation capabilities for Figma designs. The service includes:

• Multi-language text translation
• Auto-detection of source languages
• Batch translation capabilities
• Character-based usage tracking
• Multiple subscription tiers

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

• Free Plan: 500 characters lifetime
• Starter Plan: 10,000 characters per month
• Professional Plan: 100,000 characters per month
• Team Plan: 400,000 characters per month
• Lifetime Plan: Unlimited characters

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes beyond your subscription limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lingolense and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

In no event shall Lingolense be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
