Terms of Service

Lingolense is a plugin that translates and localizes designs inside supported editors (including Figma, FigJam, Slides, Pixso, and Penpot). Available features depend on your plan.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your plan determines the editors you can use, how many devices you may activate a key on, and your monthly translation allowance (measured in characters). Translating beyond your allowance requires upgrading or using purchased credits.

Purchased credits do not expire and remain usable across billing periods, including on the Free tier. License keys are issued to you for your own use — sharing or reselling keys outside your plan terms may result in suspension.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled, through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that does not renew.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free tier and any purchased credits remain available. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass license validation or usage metering, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to translate or distribute content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

Translation is performed with third-party engines (DeepL and, on eligible plans, an AI provider), and the plugin runs inside third-party editors. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or output.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including as to translation accuracy — always review translated copy before shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
