We localize the same Figma files into six languages every month. Before Lingolense, that meant a designer, a PM, and a spreadsheet for each release. Now the team runs translations directly in Figma, checks them with our copywriter, and hits publish in one sitting. We haven’t had a "did we update the French file?" incident in months.

Our biggest fear was breaking our design system. We’d invested a lot into components and didn’t want a translation plugin that duplicated everything. Lingolense respects how we structure files. Components stay components, variants stay variants, and the team didn’t have to change how they design.

We used to plan a separate "translation sprint" after every product launch. It always slipped, because nobody wanted to go back into old files. Now translations happen while we’re designing. Marketing sees real screenshots in every language on day one, not two weeks later.

Our customers build a lot of dashboards and admin tools. They kept asking how to localize everything without rebuilding each page. What I like about Lingolense is that it feels boring in the best way possible: licenses, usage, and translations are all in one portal, and nothing about it feels fragile.

I sell Figma templates for indie founders. People kept writing me to ask if the UI copy was easy to translate. Now I can honestly say "yes" and point them to Lingolense. It made my product look more polished without me hiring a localization specialist.

I’m not a designer, but I am the one who ends up fixing text in Figma before launches. With Lingolense I can make copy changes once, sync them across languages, and stop tapping a designer on the shoulder every time I spot a typo.

Security products are full of tiny labels and warnings. Translating those by hand is a recipe for mistakes. Lingolense forces us to treat copy like a first‑class part of the design. The team sees exactly which strings are missing in which language.

We run a lot of experiments. The last thing we wanted was a heavy localization system that slowed everything down. Lingolense is light enough for quick tests but structured enough to keep track of what’s live where. That balance is rare.

Most tools either ignore non‑English users or make you rebuild your site in their editor. Lingolense fits into our existing stack. The plugin lives in Figma, the portal keeps licenses and usage clear, and our team doesn’t argue about "which file is the real one" anymore.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have any questions? We have got you covered.

What is Lingolense?

Lingolense is an AI-powered translation and localization plugin for Figma, FigJam, Slides, and Buzz. It lets design teams translate text layers in place, test right-to-left (RTL) layouts, and manage license keys, usage, and billing through a dedicated web portal.

How does the license key work?

Lingolense uses a license-key–first system. You activate the AI-powered translation plugin with a single license key (Free or Paid), and we track plan type, billing, limits, and usage against that key in Supabase. There are no anonymous users or separate in-plugin accounts — no license activation means no usage.

What plans are available?

We offer a Free plan (forever, limited characters, no credit card), Subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Team with monthly character limits that reset each billing cycle), Credit-based packs (one-time purchase, credits never expire), and a limited Lifetime deal (one-time payment with generous monthly fair-use limits).

What happens when my subscription ends or payment fails?

Subscriptions auto-renew via Lemon Squeezy. If renewal ultimately fails, your access continues until the end of the first day after the billing period ends; after that, the license is downgraded to the Free plan. Your license key stays valid, but you get Free limits and features until you upgrade again.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly plans are non-refundable: you can cancel anytime to stop future billing and keep access until the end of your cycle. Yearly plans: full refund (excluding the current month) if requested in the first 3 months, and prorated refunds for remaining unused months after that. Lifetime licenses and extra credit packs are non-refundable.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

You can manage your plan from the Billing page in your account: cancel to stop future renewals or upgrade to a higher tier or yearly billing. Downgrades from yearly to monthly aren’t supported directly — cancel your yearly plan and switch to a new monthly plan if needed.

Do you offer a free trial?

We don’t use time-limited trials. Instead, you can start on the Free plan with a license key, use Lingolense with limited characters across platforms, and upgrade or switch plans at any time without changing your license key.
